Leadership

Ádisóke Solutions is led by founder Matthew Beaudet. 


Matt Beaudet started Ádisóke Solutions in June of 2024 building on a broad and diverse thirty-six-year career in the public and private sectors.  Matt brings international, national, tribal, state, county, and local knowledge and expertise to Ádisóke Solutions' clients. 


A licensed attorney, Matt began his public service in 1987 as an unpaid intern in the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office. Over the decades, Matt rose to various leadership roles under multiple state’s attorneys, chief judges, county board presidents, mayors, and governors until his retirement from government as the Chicago building commissioner in early 2024. Matt also has extensive private sector experience in Europe and the U.S.  


Matt has appeared in and provided interviews, commentary, panel debate, and opinion pieces to print, radio, and television media in the U.S. and the U.K. 


Matt is a citizen of the Montaukett Tribe and of Maliseet, Matinecock, Penobscot, and Weskarini descent. Matt is a proven national and local advocate in the Native American community.  


A fifth-generation Chicagoan, Matt is the proud son of a union electrician (IBEW 134) and WWII combat veteran, and a union machinist (UAW 3) and WWII Chicago Dodge Plant worker. Matt and his spouse reside in his childhood neighborhood where they raised their two children. A true and proud Chicagoan, Matt remains close with many friends from grade school and high school.

  • Building Commissioner, appointed by Chicago Mayor & confirmed by City Council
  • First Deputy Building Commissioner, appointed by Chicago Mayor
  • First Deputy Health Commissioner, appointed by Chicago Mayor
  • Assistant Chief Administrative Law Judge, appointed by Chicago Mayor
  • Assistant Director of Central Management Services, appointed by IL Governor & confirmed by IL Senate
  • Commissioner, Native American Employment Plan Council, appointed by IL Governor
  • Commissioner, Committee on Character & Fitness, appointed IL Supreme Court
  • Chief of Open Road Tolling, appointed by IL State Toll Highway Authority
